New to Corvairs, need a guide on shrouds.

Hi All,

I am new to Corvairs but not new to cars. I don't have the space for a car yet so decided to rebuild an engine as a project, which could hopefully be slotted into a car I buy.

I have a 110hp from 65-67 (RD code) that has come with what appears to be MOST of the shrouds but not all. Is there a parts guide or diagram anywhere that I can match up the shrouds I have to see what I'm missing? Goggle didn't yield much for the LM car shrouds.

Thanks in advance.

Of course "what year" you are planning on buying makes a big difference on what shrouds you need. Oh, and WELCOME to the fun wide world of Corvairs.

Illustrations in Clark's Corvair catalog.

You really should have a shop manual to rebuild an engine.winking smiley

Printing the appropriate pages to get greasy too!

Of course. I have an engine from a 65-67. I want a LM hence why I chose this engine.
