OT - Boiler help - Please... ??With or Without Tankless Coil??

I believe that I found a replacement boiler and at a good price too.

But I need to contact them tomorrow and make sure; what I believe they are talking about, is the case.

Maybe someone here knows.

What is the difference between a boiler "with" or "without" a "Tankless Coil"?
Am I correct in thinking that the Tankless Coil itself is used for heating your regular household hot water that is normally stored in your hot water heater?
And if I don't want to do that - I don't need the Tankless Coil setup?

Here is what I found for just under 4k Canadian. And it keeps everything in the same location.

Thank you...

I had a tankless coil in an oil boiler for years. It would crank out endless hot water. smiling smiley I had it plumed so it was in series with my gas hot water heater, and a bypass valve around the gas heater. I did this so in the winter the water was heated with the oil, but in the summer I didn't have to run the oil burner. I had a gas stove and clothes dryer which justified having the gas service in the house.
