Any help on replacing the broken metal stud on the window mounted roller track? There are 3 nylon rollers that are on ball studs that go through the glass. I'm trying to remove the old stud without breaking the glass. Is this even possible?

It's possible... I put lots of penetrating oil on the threads and got them loose. I made a tool for unscrewing the retaining nuts from a piece of plate steel with two screws threaded through to fit in the holes. Rollers available from Clarks.

For a tool I think I used a socket the correct diameter and cut away both sides to leave 2 "teeth" to engage the slots.
