Turbo coupe "o" in group 4 is turbo L87 with convenience group "F" and front and rear belts "Y". See the FAQs

I think the "W" is for a tinted windshield.
The 5Y might be for Deluxe rear seat belts.
If I recall correctly, the punched/drilled hole below the code numbers indicates the car was built with shoulder harness threaded holes located above the headliner.
