I come up with the following:

W=tinted windshield O= two tone paint
Group2 E=A/C L=4-speed
Group3 C= padded dash
Group4 P= comfort group A (2-speed wipers/washer, day/night mirror)
Group5 W= delux front seat belts with retractors

I'm going to guess your "WO" is actually "WD"

As David wrote, "O" is for two-tone paint but that was only available for 4-door models.

"D" is for "Power operated top", which is likely on your highly optioned convertible.

Went over and looked at the car today (after turkey), and Craig is correct, the "O" is actually "D". The top does work and while it has a long option line, I didn't see anything "rare", other than the combination of power top, A/C and a 4-speed. The young owner is intent on restoring, but there's a lot of bodywork needed. I will endeavor to guide him and encourage him as much as possible.
