This looks to be well worth the money. I see tinted glass, door edge guards, bumper guards, wire wheel hub caps, etc.
Glad to see you finally selling your collection Matt. I'll stay tuned for when you break out all your Yenkos.

I bought it. Overall very good structurally, engine smokes. Roy was a great guy to deal with, he had rebuilt the carbs and they seem to be right on. Trailered it home. Dent in right front fender from slipping of jack was not as deep as it looked. Hope to drive it to Helen in April.

Here are the Body Data Plate and the Protecto-Plate, if anybody wants to have fun decoding it all.

Engine Date Stamp matches the Protecto-Plate and is within the week of build

Thank You, David.

I had to give Rick the nut that is used with the spare tire lock. It was not with spare mount when we inspected the car nor in the car anywhere.

You're welcome. I looked up the information on this site: [corvairkid.com]

Thanks to all who responded with the plate info. Engine smokes some (a lot) but right now the oil pressure may be an issue. Bought a pressure gauge to use for testing, but this car will have to wait until the Invader is up and running. I found 18X10-8" tires and steel 5 lug wheels, and a machinist who is working with my design ideas for axles that should work. Really hate to have to cut the existing wheels, even though tires are unavailable. Planning to go to Helen in April, and taking first in (no)class in the autocross! Especially if we hold it in a swamp!
