Cam Question

I pulled a LM turbo engine apart and it has an aftermarket cam in it. The only identification on the gear end is 53754C, TB, 20, R.
Can anyone identify this cam. It has an Otto parts cam gear on it so it may be an Otto parts cam. But which one?

Nashville area

I would bet it is an Otto cam - TB 20,

TB-20 and OT-20
A good choice for the enthusiast who wants more performance but does not want
to give up good driveability for the street. Little change in low end performance, big
improvement in midrange power, and higher top end.

Older Otto cams were great with split durations and such. You may not get the same thing today.
