If I were to change to a posi with 3.27 gears in a 65 with a 4 speed and a 110 what else would I have to change and would it be a good thing to do

Before anyone could answer that, I would think that they need to know just EXACTLY what set-up you currently have.
Can't compare something, to NOTHING.
Why not add a sig line with year, model, engine, current gears, etc.
Oh, and tell us where you are located also!

Do you have a complete posi differential or asking what parts are need to convert an open differential to a posi?

First off the Corvair in normal driving does not need posi!

What you need to convert is the posi clutch cover inside the diff, the side gear, clutch pack and the adjuster nut. Possibly a shallower yoke shield but you can actually run without one if it hits.

If it is a 65 diff there is nothing to change if you are using with 65 trans. Do not try to put a 66 diff with a 65 trans or vise versa.
