The Input Line to the Fuel Pump is 5/16" and is a Flare Fitting at the Pump.

The Output Lines to the Carbs are 1/4" and Flared on both ends.

Clark's sells new fuel line kits if you are using the standard factory pump.

This is what I have on my '67 Monza. I am putting in an electric pump so I had to "invert" the lines to the carbs and make a 'new' Input line.

I hope this helps!

The Input Line to the Fuel Pump is 5/16" and is a Flare Fitting at the Pump.

The input line is 5/16" OD and inverted flared, but the NPT hole in the pump is 1/4" NPT. There is an adapter screwed into the pump to accept the 5/16" inverted flare fitting.

The output of the pump is also 1/4" NPT, through a nipple and to a brass tee. the output openings of the brass tee are 1/4" inverted flare. Like Al says, 1/4" inverted flare at this tee and the Rochester HV carburetors.

Now as to thread pitch of inverted flare fittings, here you go:

I'm sure there are better charts, like:

That’s a really nice setup Dale. What is the fitting to transition from the fuel pump line to the original metal fuel lines? Looks like a T but I’m not sure.

I like those fuel lines Frank!

My plan is to have an electric fuel pump line from somewhere in front of the motor , thru the front shroud and into the mech fuel pump. Having trouble finding metal fuel lines with 1/4 npt fittings at my local auto parts stores. They all carry metal brake lines which are noticeably thinner

This engine is going in my vw Bus.

Oops. The OEM fuel pump holes are 1/8” NPT.
