I had been in talks with an overseas company, and the quotes that I had, mean that it is going to require a large cash outlay, and the minimum quantity that they wanted to do is 500 + - for the "overrun". Lots of expense in making dies, etc.. After getting the quotes, I don't see this as a viable reproduction, except for those that have deep enough pockets to make the initial outlay, and be willing to wait out the time that it will take before you will see your investment returned, and then start making profits.

There is only a Quartz movement presently available.
It looks like that even tho that style clock was used in different Chevrolets of the era. They mostly were slightly different, depending on the model vehicle they were available for. Especially the face's.

Why just have them 3d printed? Could make them in 3 or 4 parts that snap fit together. Look on local craigslist or go on a "maker" club website. Most have places where you can go and do the projects themselves. In know in Philly there are several workshops where a person can show up and rent the time on the machine and the club members are more than happy to help out.

This is my correct 1962 FC clock.
Close to the Early car clock, but there are subtle differences. Example, Padded car dash had a trim base piece. Some years had no bottom mounting "cup" holder. I believe the face's had differences also.

Double sided tape.
Everything come with it, from eBay.... look at the pictures on eBay.

I painted to be same color as my dash.
It’s a battery operated clock. You don’t need drill any hole ... smiling smiley

When I got it I thought is too small but After installation looks good....

My solution to the problem. I bought a clock from Amazon delivered from Belarus for under $20.00 and a housing from Gol Shift for under $12.00. The clock is Lutz and is backlit and works off the illumination from the dash lights.
Not a perfect match but works well. No batteries and you can see it at night.

Can you please provide the links for both click and the housing?

The only link I can think of is the Corvanatics site. "OEM FC Clock accessories". However that pertains to the Corvair Van's and Trucks only.
