Parts for sale at the convention hot smiley
Posted by: 67 airvair ()

Am contemplating bringing the following parts to the convention. I'd like to know if I should leave some of the big and/or heavy items home, as there would be no point in taking them if they wouldn't sell.

I have the following NOS parts:

a/c center vent assembly, in factory box *
a/c side bezel, in factory box *
a/c side deflector ball, (2) in factory box
'66 high mount compressor brackets, full set (some parts excellent used)
*NOTE: The chrome on the first two items, while factory, is not as good as my rechromed ones, and it has somehow tended to yellow over time.

Newly refurbisbed/rechromed parts:
a/c side deflector ball, (4) rechromed, not detailed
'65-7 right rear door armrest base, rechromed, excellent condition
a/c center vent bezels, rechromed, but second rate finish

Excellent used parts:
'66-7 style a/c condenser core, (4) in excellent to driver quality condition
'67 a/c double pulley compressor, clutch froze up but in otherwise excellent condition
'67 high mount compressor main bracket, excellent condition
'65-7 4 door R/H rear step plate, not corroded but needing surface cleaning
'66-9 Monza/Corsa wheel cover, less insert, excellent condition
'66-7 a/c compressor muffler, excellent condition

Unfortunately, my computer is not talking to my camera, so I cannot post any pictures. I will have these parts in the outdoor vending area, along with some others not mentioned above, unless someone wants them ahead of time.

Mark,
I'd hoped you'd resolved your computer problems by now, are you doing window stickers again, or is that still on hold? Have you ever come across the tentative form I gave you at last year's convention?

Hi Scott,

Got the computer finally sorted out on the stickers. But can't find your info. Let me have your email. I'll send you the app, and we'll go from there.

The following parts are sold (others still available):

NOS center vent assembly
NOS side bezel
NOS side ball deflectors (2)

Small corrections on the following two items:

'67 a/c double pulley compressor, clutch froze up but in otherwise excellent condition (includes muffler assembly w/straps)
'67 high mount compressor main bracket, excellent condition (includes correct compressor front and rear mounting brackets, new bushings, bolts)
(these two sets can be bought as a near-complete set)

Excellent used parts:

Mark,
All those hours of research on the dealer, options, codes, and prices are lost, I guess, so no sense in requesting your app.

Scott,

No, it's just the camera is too old, I think, for its software to be recognized by my much more modern computer. All the data you speak of is safely tucked in the newest computer I have, along with being backed up on Carbonite.

So what data were you specifically wanting? PM me.

Matt,

It's an Olympus model D-360L. I took it and the computer into the shop yesterday, just got it out. The techie thinks it's got a bad card. Old style, about the size of a half a credit card. So I ordered a new camera. Won't be in til I leave for convention. But would like to still have the camera fixed if possible. Hate to have to pitch it.

'66-9 wheel cover, no insert, very good condition $10

New distributor cap, aluminum contacts $10

'66-7 condenser cores, priced from $100 down to $40
