What is the correct gap for 140 hp 4 speed Rampy with electronic ignition?

Depends on the electronic ignition.
If you have a Pertronix 1 just use the stock gap.
The more powerful the ignition the wider you can run the gap.

I'd stick with the stock gap, .030". That's what I use on my 140 Rampy with electronic ignition.

Thanks guys, it has turned into a hard starter so I thought I’d try new plugs. It hasn’t been ran a lot and I want to take it to a 50 yr HS reunion next month. Appreciate the info. By the way Craig, I turned down $27,500 at auction last year...I had a reserve of $32,000. You did nice work!
