Searching for exhaust flanges
Posted by: VairLess ()

Anyone know where I can find 6mm, 1 1/2” exhaust flanges for my headers? I’ve searched all over. I did find some on Amazon for $8.00 but they want $42.00 for shipping. Get bent

Thanks!

Shipping may again kill you. Find a friend on this side of the border and visit him.

There are many choices for flanges out there just do a search and don't pick Amazon or Ebay! I get my flanges from a place in CA and they have a large choice. Get the thicker flanges, everyone always makes the mistake of getting the thinnest and cheapest they can find and you bolt them up once and the are bent and then rust away readily! I get the 5/16" or 3/8" thick flanges.

I get mine custom made. They are 3/8" milled steel. I use a slight bit of Dave Watson's red sillycone between them and they seal perfect. You do not want the stamped steel ones. They are not flat, they warp when you weld them, etc. They are garbage!

I have a large box of sturdy 1 1/2" flanges.
How many do you need?
PM me for more info.
Only issue might be shipping to Canada ??

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for but this company is who I used for my header seal flanges:

These guys offer 1/4" (6.35mm) in stainless and 3.8" (9.53mm) in mild steel. I've done business with them and had no complaints.
