How are the wires routed? Thru front a-pillar? left or right? Very tight there!

Everyone I have seen, 60 to 69, 2 door, 4 door, wagon, is routed through the left (driver's) A pillar.

To resurrect an old thread, is there a trick to running the wires through the A- pillar on an EM? I have tried going down through the top, and I have tried to fish a piece of stiff wire from the bottom to find the hole where they go through and I have had no luck.

Suggestions?

I had that problem too on my '62! I have an aftermarket wiring harness. I ran the wires down the rocker groove and came up through holes to the back.B? pillar and up to the light. Longer wires for sure, but I tried even a snake through the A pillar and could not get it to go!
