Earlish VIN '65 Corsa turbo and '68 Monza for auction in Oklahoma

Not mine but while browing Proxibid today I found there's 2 LM Corvairs at an auction in Mustang, Oklahoma on May 24th. Both appear to need alot of work but what's interesting is the earlish VINs. The '65 convertible Corsa is 107675L101900 (1900th LOS built). Looks to have a tele column as well as a turbo. Can't see if there's the exhaust cutout so unsure if it's an original turbo car.

The 68 is VIN 105378W100346 which would be the 346th Corvair built that year.

While not as interesting as finding a horn slot '60 or 1969 #6000 they might be worthwhile for someone close or if had for a decent price.

It's hard to tell but the cars might actually be in good condition. The yellow is obviously not a great paint job but it seems shiny under the dirt.
Close enough to me that I'll have to bid on them.

Looks like a pretty early 68. The bumper guards should be the first thing to come off IMO.

In this picture it looks like it does Not have the cutout for the exhaust.

1968 sold for $900 plus 10% buyer's premium.

1965 Sold for $2750 plus premium.

I was really tempted to bid and watched them to the end. Unfortunately, once I factored in shipping from OK and the unknowns (rust, engine condition, etc.) cooler heads prevailed winking smiley
