Does anyone know what the difference is between a 80 horse FC bare head and a car 80 horse bare head? They have different part numbers.

Might depend on the year of the FC engine. IIRC, some early 80 horse heads had shorter and / or fewer cooling fins.
Could be the FC heads would have had the upgraded fin structure before the passenger cars production heads were used up.
This is just speculation on my part, but seems reasonable beyond the rotators previously mentioned.

1960 80HP heads have a rather large vacuum balance port. Probably twice the size of 61 and later heads.

Notice I said BARE heads so exhaust rotators should not be a factor. The exhaust valves are different with rotators but we are talking the bare head alone.
