My vote goes for the fuel tank and filler hose installation. Knuckle-bustin!
My hands/arms looked like hamburger meat after that...eye rolling smiley

How about removing the remains of the rear deck lid gasket from a LM? It's a project I need to do and I think it will be easiest to remove the deck lid to get it done.

Removing and re-installing the rear passenger door windows on a Lakewood.
Then replacing the channels that you can't reach that you had to remove to install the window.

My vote is gonna be for complete carpet replacement in a Corsa. Six hours on your knees or on your side in the car. I would rather do three gas tanks.
My two cents.

Spyder dash installed in a PG car. angry smiley
Followed close by Phil's example, the gas tank filler neck, especially on a turbo.

While I also had a bit of a time with the filler tube and gas tank, I have to rank frozen and rusted LM rear camber adjusting bolts and washers that are frozen.

My originals were so bad a torque wrench would not help nor could I break them off. I finally resorted to cutting them off and replaced all with new parts, including a beautiful pair of rebuilt rear bearing hubs from CC member Marco.
