Yes, they're easy. There should be four output wires - usually all the same color. these get "T" connected to turn signal harness wires; usually with a "Scotchlock" type connector.

64-69 each one goes a turn signal harness wire. One to Light Blue, One to Dark Blue, one to Yellow, one to Green. If you have a 60-63, let me know and I'll look up those colors.

The fused wire on your 4-way flasher goes to "BAT UNFUSED" on your fuse panel.

It looks like that one takes a 3-prong flasher.
