This is totally subjective but I think I can feel a difference at high rpm going from the early style air cleaner housings to late.

I have found on my FCs that deleting the oil bath air cleaner gave me more HP (or it feels good anyways) but also made the engine louder. Not on the Rampside but certainly on the Corvan. Of course it is still very quiet thanks to the factory camper kit.

Just wash/wax/vacuum inside is good for 10 hp anyday.
